Calibaan

Calibaan is a star system in the Veil sector. Located just on the Cylon side of the sector map, this system has a threat level of 20. It contains at least 6 planetoids for mining, Colonial freighter, Cylon freighter, and two heavy weapons platforms. You will find the following Colonial npc ships here: Maul (Level 17), and Glaive (Level 20). You will find the following Cylon npc ships here: Cylon Raider (Level 19), Marauder (Level 19), Wraith (Level 17), and Spectre (Level 20).

This is also one of the systems that Revenant may appear in, usually at F7 on the 2D map. Otherwise there are not usually any Drones (excluding those that are part of a Drone Incursion Dynamic Mission) in this system.

Things of particular note this system contains:

2 Level 20 weapons platforms.
1 Colonial heavy freighter (escorted by Colonial strikes, escorts and lines).
1 Cylon heavy freighter (escorted by Cylon strikes, escorts and lines). Following Update 46, the route this freighter flies has changed from that shown on the 2D map below. It now jumps in from FTL at A7, and flies in a straight line to D8, where it then FTL jumps out. The route shown on the 3D map is current.
4 debris fields which may contain salvage.
6 planetoids.

The asteroids in this system may contain tylium, titanium and water. It should be noted that the asteroids in this system have the highest yield of resources anywhere in the sector, with asteroids yielding between 800-1,200 (approximately) of their respective resource. Water is more common in this system (along with Hatir, Muninn and Vidofnir) than most others, so this system is often one that you can find players of the opposing faction in.

A hard level Freighter in Distress Dynamic Mission or a Drone Incursion Dynamic Mission will spawn in this system from time to time.
